Will my search rankings stay the same?
We plan redirects, preserve useful content and metadata, and check the new site before launch. Rankings and traffic can fluctuate while search engines process a migration, so unchanged rankings cannot be guaranteed.
Can you migrate customers and order history?
We review the records and fields available from your existing platform and agree what will be transferred. Some data needs different mapping or a separate migration tool, and we check the imported records before launch.
Will my store need to go offline?
Your current store can remain available while the new store is built. We plan the final data update and domain change with you to minimise disruption, including how orders and stock changes during the transition will be handled.
What happens to my business email?
We check how your email is hosted and preserve the required DNS records when changing the website connection. A website migration does not automatically require an email migration.
