Shopify subscriptions, paid themes and app fees are identified separately. Theme changes can normally be prepared for you to review before publishing; any changes that affect live store settings are planned with you.

- Review the work and test the agreed changes before launch. Handover and training are scoped around what you need to manage.
Ongoing Shopify Support

If your store is currently on BigCommerce, WooCommerce or another platform, migration needs its own plan for products, customers, orders, content and changing URLs. We can scope that alongside your new Shopify design.

Can you improve my existing Shopify store?
Yes. Send your store address and the changes or problems you want to work on. We’ll review the theme, apps and existing customisations before recommending targeted improvements or a wider redesign. You do not need to start from scratch if your current setup can do the job.
How much does Shopify development cost?
The cost depends on the design, functionality, integrations and condition of the existing store. A specific theme change can be scoped on its own; a new store or wider redesign needs a more detailed brief. We’ll confirm the scope and price before starting.
Shopify subscriptions, paid themes and app fees are separate unless your proposal specifically includes them.
Will I be able to update the store myself?
Where practical, we build sections and layouts around the content you need to edit in Shopify. Product information, images and regular page content can be planned for your team to manage; new functionality or changes to custom code may still need development.
We’ll agree on any training and handover you need as part of the project.
Can I review changes before they go live?
Theme changes can normally be prepared in a draft theme and shared for review before publishing. Product content, navigation, apps and store settings can affect the live store more broadly, so we’ll agree on how and when those changes are made.
We plan the review, testing and release with you before work starts.
How long will my Shopify project take?
Timing depends on whether you need a specific change, a redesign or a complete new store. We’ll confirm a realistic schedule after reviewing your requirements, allowing for content, app or integration dependencies, your feedback and testing. Let Damien know if you have a launch date or promotion to work towards.
Do you offer ongoing monthly Shopify support?
Yes. We can agree on a monthly allowance for regular theme development, content changes, promotions and troubleshooting. The included work, priorities and response arrangements are confirmed before starting.
Shopify hosting and platform updates are handled by Shopify; this support is for your store’s theme, content, apps and development needs. App and platform subscriptions remain separate.
Can you migrate my existing store to Shopify?
Yes. We scope migrations around your catalogue, customers, orders, content, integrations and changing URLs. The migration pages explain this work in more detail.
