Privacy Policy

When you enquire, we ask for your name, email address, phone number and a brief description of what you need. Depending on the form, you can also provide your business name, website, service interest, project budget, monthly budget and preferred timeframe. Budget and business-detail fields are optional. Required fields help us respond to your enquiry; you can email us instead if you prefer.

We record the page and service or package associated with an enquiry, together with a submission reference. If you become a client, we may also hold contact, project, support, invoice and payment records needed to provide your services. Please do not include passwords, payment-card details or sensitive personal information in the public enquiry form. We do not record phone calls.

Website hosting, security and analytics services may collect technical information such as IP addresses, browser and device details, page visits, referring websites and access times.

We use information to respond to enquiries, prepare quotes, deliver agreed work, provide support, manage billing and renewals, investigate problems and protect our website and services from misuse. We also use website activity information to understand which pages and enquiry paths are useful.

Sending an enquiry is not a newsletter subscription. If you want to ask a general question without identifying yourself, you can do so by email, although some services require contact details or identity checks.

Our website enquiry form sends your details to sales@abpages.com through Google Workspace. Enquiry emails are imported into our WHMCS system so we can manage sales enquiries and client communications. Existing-client support requests are also handled through email and our support portal.

The form handler keeps a private submission copy to help prevent duplicate delivery and recover failed sends. It is designed to remove these copies after 30 days through scheduled housekeeping. This does not delete the corresponding email or WHMCS record. Security rate-limit records use a keyed hash of the connecting IP address and are designed to be removed after two days.

On the live website, Google Analytics may use cookies to measure page visits and interactions, including enquiry completion and email or phone-link clicks. Our custom enquiry events use form and service categories; they are configured not to include names, email addresses, phone numbers, budgets or message text.

Cloudflare Turnstile is used to help distinguish genuine enquiries from automated spam. When enabled, it processes browser and device signals under Cloudflare’s privacy policy. Our form also uses a temporary browser-session marker to avoid counting a successful enquiry twice.

You can manage or block cookies in your browser. Blocking scripts or storage may affect embedded content or the security check; you can always email your enquiry. Google provides information about data collected through sites that use its services and an Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

We use service providers for website hosting, email, client support and billing, security, analytics and backups. These may process information needed to perform their services. Our current website and enquiry setup uses Google Workspace, Google Analytics, Cloudflare and WHMCS.

Some pages contain YouTube videos or a Yotpo review widget. Loading or interacting with this content can share technical information with the provider and may use cookies or similar storage. See Google’s privacy policy and Yotpo’s privacy policy. Links to client websites and other external services lead to websites with their own privacy practices.

We may also disclose information where required or authorised by law, or where reasonably necessary to investigate misuse or protect people and services.

Some of our providers operate internationally. Information may be stored or processed outside Australia, including in the United States and other countries where those providers or their service partners operate. Their data locations can depend on the product, account settings and service arrangements. Contact us if you need information about a particular service or project before providing personal information.

Our website form uses an encrypted connection when deployed over HTTPS. The form handler is designed to keep credentials and temporary submission records outside the public website directory. We use access controls and account security measures appropriate to the services involved. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Enquiry, client, support and billing records are retained for as long as needed to manage the relationship, maintain business records, resolve disputes and meet applicable legal obligations. When information is no longer needed, it should be securely deleted or de-identified, subject to backup and legal retention requirements.

Contact Damien if you want to access or correct personal information we hold, ask about its handling or make a privacy complaint. We may need to verify your identity before providing records. If access or correction cannot be provided, we will explain the reason where permitted.
