Your existing store has content and URLs that customers and search engines already know. We review useful pages, product and collection content, titles and descriptions, then map changing URLs to their relevant Shopify destinations.
Redirects, internal links and key pages are checked before launch. After the domain change, we check the live site and its search settings. This helps reduce avoidable disruption, although search rankings and traffic can fluctuate during a platform move.
Support After Your Shopify Launch
Your migration quote includes the agreed handover and post-launch support. If you’d like ongoing help with promotions, product changes, troubleshooting or theme improvements, we can also arrange a separate support plan.

Will my store need to go offline?
Your current store can remain available while the new store is built. We plan the final data update and domain change with you to minimise disruption, including how orders and stock changes during the transition will be handled.
What happens to my business email?
We check how your email is hosted and preserve the required DNS records when changing the website connection. A website migration does not automatically require an email migration.
Can you customise my new Shopify theme?
Yes. We can adapt a suitable Shopify theme or develop features around your requirements. We review your current functionality first and include the agreed design and development work in the quote.
Can you provide ongoing Shopify support?
Yes. We can help with store updates, troubleshooting, theme changes and further development after launch. An ongoing support plan is separate from your migration, with the allowance and costs agreed before you sign up.
