Petit Enfant engaged Above & Beyond Web Design to migrate their ecommerce website from BigCommerce to Shopify. We migrated a large and complex product catalogue, an extensive collection structure, customers, orders, pages and blog content while configuring and customising a new Shopify theme. We also implemented a comprehensive 301 redirect strategy to preserve SEO, configured advanced postcode-based shipping rates using the Postcode Shipping app, and integrated a product synchronisation system that automatically keeps products and inventory in sync across multiple Shopify stores. The result was a smooth migration to a modern ecommerce platform with significantly lower ongoing operating costs.
