From BigCommerce to Shopify
The recent Shopify migration covered the store’s core data, existing discount codes and URL redirects, bringing the following across from BigCommerce:
- Products
- Order history
- Customer records
- Discount codes and coupons
- 301 redirects from existing URLs to their Shopify destinations
Preserving Existing Links
The migration included 301 redirects so existing links could lead visitors to the corresponding pages on Shopify. This helps preserve useful URLs and supports SEO continuity as the store moves between platforms.
A Long-Term Website Relationship
The live Shopify store is the latest stage in an ongoing relationship that began with BigCommerce in 2018. Condom Sales has continued to rely on Above & Beyond for website development and support as its requirements and platform have changed.
