Small Business Website Design – $275/Month for 6 Months

Both payment options include the same custom one-page WordPress website with responsive layouts, navigation between sections, a search-friendly structure and the first year of hosting. Choose six monthly payments of $275 ($1,650 total), or pay $1,500 upfront and save $150. All prices are AUD including GST. You can supply a service list and short business bio; Damien can help turn those into website copy for you to approve.

Pay $275 per month for six months, totalling $1,650 including GST. The first payment gets the project started; the remaining five payments follow the agreed monthly schedule. Your website can launch before the payment plan finishes, once the work is ready and you have approved it.

Choose the upfront option before the project starts. Pay $750 deposit and $750 before launch, totalling $1,500 including GST. You receive the same website and included first-year hosting, saving $150 compared with the six-month payment plan.

Once all six payments have been made, the website build is paid off. Hosting remains included for the rest of the first year. Optional WordPress care is a separate ongoing service, and hosting renews annually from year two. Domain renewals, email services, content changes and additional work are separate costs.

Once your content and first payment are received, we can get a straightforward one-page website live in as little as seven business days. Timing depends on availability and prompt feedback. We’ll confirm your expected launch date before starting.

Your first payment is either the first $275 monthly payment or the $750 upfront deposit. Sending payment does not guarantee a launch date seven business days later; we’ll agree your project’s schedule with you.

Yes. Extra pages and functionality can be quoted as your business grows. An online store or more complex project needs a separate scope.

Your first year of hosting is included with either payment option. Hosting is renewed annually after that. The hosting and care section above shows the hosting renewal price and optional WordPress care price. Domain renewals and email services are separate, and your proposal will confirm all ongoing costs before you proceed.

You do not need to write polished website copy. Send a list of your services and a short business bio or a couple of paragraphs about what you do. Damien can help expand these into clear content for your one-page website, which you’ll review and approve before launch.

Please also send your contact details, logo and any suitable photos you have. If anything is missing, let Damien know when you enquire so we can work out what is needed. More extensive content work or additional pages can be scoped separately.

No. WordPress Website Care is optional and separate from the website build payments and hosting. It covers security patches, WordPress and plugin updates, additional Cloudflare firewall protection, uptime checks every 20 minutes, an extra set of offsite backups, checks after updates and priority support from Damien. If you would also like help changing content, we can discuss Website Care + Support. Your chosen services, inclusions and costs will be confirmed before starting.

Build payments are non-refundable for a change of mind once work begins. Once the agreed build has been completed, any remaining build balance stays payable under your payment schedule. This does not affect refunds or other remedies you are entitled to under Australian Consumer Law.

Your own content remains yours. Ownership of our custom website work transfers after the build is paid in full, with permission to use the live site while making the agreed payments. Third-party software and assets retain their own licence conditions. We confirm any handover or hosting move before proceeding.

Yes. Domain name registration is $69.95 for 2 years, including GST, and is separate from the website package. We’ll confirm the domain extension, availability and any future renewal cost before registration. If you already have a domain, we can help connect it to your new website.

Yes. Microsoft 365 (Office 365) or Google Workspace setup is $90 including GST, so you can use a professional email address with your business domain. This setup fee is separate from the website package and the ongoing Microsoft or Google subscription fees. We’ll confirm the accounts and setup work included before starting.

WordPress and its plugins need updates over time. Some add improvements or fix bugs; others patch security weaknesses that attackers could use. Leaving the software out of date can increase the risk of your website being compromised or parts of it stopping working.

The care plan gives Damien responsibility for those updates, with extra protection, monitoring and backups. You can concentrate on your business while someone who knows your website looks after its software.

The plan includes WordPress and plugin updates, security patches and checks after updates to help catch compatibility problems. An additional Cloudflare firewall helps filter harmful traffic before it reaches your website.

An uptime monitor checks whether your website is responding every 20 minutes. We also keep an extra set of offsite backups, separate from the hosting backups, and care-plan clients receive priority support from Damien.

Care starts at $38.50 per month including GST for a simple WordPress website. WooCommerce stores and sites with more complex plugins or functionality need additional maintenance, so we review your website and confirm the monthly price before starting. Hosting, content changes and development are separate services.

Security patches close known weaknesses, and the Cloudflare firewall adds another layer of protection against harmful traffic. These measures help reduce the risk of hacking; no website can be guaranteed immune to every attack.

Monitoring helps us spot availability problems, and offsite backups provide an extra recovery option if something goes wrong. The care plan combines these measures with regular software maintenance.

The plan’s response arrangements and scope are confirmed before starting. Priority support does not include unlimited content changes or development; any additional work is discussed and quoted separately.
