I can receive emails but not send?

If you can receive mail but aren’t able to send this usually mean your outgoing server settings are incorrect.
Outgoing server should be: mail.yourdomain.com*
*replace yourdomain.com with your real domain name
The most common reason is because you have not set up the outgoing server to “Require Authentication”.

How do I set up an email address in Cpanel?

1. Login to your control panel at www.yourdomain.com/cpanel
2. In the Email section click on Manage Accounts.
3. At the bottom click on Add Account.
4. Fill in the name you want for your email address. For example ‘joe’ if you want ‘joe@yourdomain.com’
5. Set a password for this email account.
6. Click on Create.

How do I forward or redirect one webpage to another?

To set up a forward or redirect:

Login to your hosting control panel: http://www.yourdomain.com/cpanel and enter your username and pass
Click on “Redirects”
Under “Add Redirects” select the domain or location you wish to forward/redirect
Enter the destination you want to forward the domain to
Select whether it’s Temporary or Permanent
Press “Add”
